Hunter Biden, son of U.S. President Joe Biden, formally pleaded guilty Thursday to all nine counts of tax evasion without reaching a deal with prosecutors.

Before pleading guilty in federal court in Los Angeles, Judge Mark Scarci told him he could face up to 15 years in prison and a $1 million fine.
