Russian air defense forces have destroyed 59 Ukrainian drones over the region, local officials in Bryansk said on Tuesday.

Bryansk Governor Alexander Bogomaz earlier posted on his Telegram channel that Russian air defense forces had repelled a large-scale attack by Ukrainian drones in the region.

The same source added that 59 enemy drones were intercepted and destroyed over the Bryansk region by the air defense forces of the Russian Defense Ministry, noting that emergency services are currently working at the scene.
