Bloomberg: Egyptian and Turkish Efforts to End Oil Blockades in Libya

Bloomberg has reported that Egypt and Turkey are working to pressure the interim Government of National Unity and the government appointed by the House of Representatives to reach an agreement to end the blockade on oil exports in Libya.
Bloomberg cited unnamed officials and diplomats who said that Egypt and Turkey are trying to leverage their newfound friendship to resolve the power struggle in Libya, a member of OPEC, which is at risk of turning into a civil war.
The crisis over the competing leaderships at the Central Bank of Libya remains unresolved. Last month, the Presidential Council removed the long-serving governor of the Central Bank, Sadek al-Kabir, who was responsible for managing the revenues from over a million barrels of crude oil daily.
