Officials from China’s Ministry of National Defense and the U.S. Department of Defense held the 18th round of China-US defense policy coordination talks in Beijing from Saturday to today (Sunday), according to the Chinese Ministry of National Defense.

The two sides had an in-depth exchange of views on the relationship between the Chinese and U.S. militaries, military exchanges between the two sides in the next stage, and a number of issues of mutual concern, the ministry said.
