Iran Bans Pagers on Flights to Beirut Following Hezbollah Setbacks

Iranian airlines have prohibited passengers on flights between Tehran and Beirut from carrying “pager” devices and wireless communication equipment.
A statement from the company’s public relations department clarified that these restrictions will also apply to luggage and shipments passing through Beirut’s Rafic Hariri Airport.
Iran is considered a major supporter of the Lebanese Hezbollah group, which has faced several blows in recent days, resulting in the deaths of prominent members and leaders.
