Demand for electric cars has sharply declined, reaching its lowest level in four years, despite incentives offered by European countries.

According to data from the UK Department for Transport, only 13% of drivers plan to purchase a fully electric car as their next vehicle.

In contrast, interest in internal combustion engine cars has increased, with 37% of drivers expressing their intention to buy a gasoline-powered vehicle, up from 31% last year.
