Lebanon’s Hezbollah announced on Wednesday that it was engaged in clashes with Israeli forces infiltrating a town in southern Lebanon,
The party said in a statement: ‘The Islamic Resistance is engaged in clashes with enemy soldiers who infiltrated the town of Maroun al-Ras’ in southern Lebanon, adding that ‘clashes are continuing’, which it said caused ‘casualties’ among Israeli forces.
Earlier on Wednesday, Hezbollah said it had confronted and clashed with Israeli soldiers attempting to infiltrate a Lebanese town, while also targeting Israeli forces across the border.
