The Israeli army is preparing for a major attack on Iran, Israel Army Radio reported on Saturday.

The IDF said it expected ‘significant cooperation in the attack from partner countries in the region’.

Israel’s Walla website reported that the response to the Iranian missile attack would be ‘direct, large, powerful, meaningful and not a side event’, without specifying how this would be done at this stage.

Iran launched a major rocket attack on several areas of Israel on 2 October.
