Gaza one year after the aggression: more than 40,000 Palestinian martyrs and nearly 100,000 wounded

The number of martyrs in the Gaza Strip has reached 41,909, mostly children and women, since the beginning of the Israeli occupation aggression on 7 October last year.

Medical sources in Gaza announced today that the number of wounded has reached 97,303 as a result of the ongoing aggression on the Gaza Strip, which entered its 367th day, while thousands of victims are still buried under the rubble due to Israeli restrictions.

The same sources said that the occupation forces committed 43 massacres against families in the Gaza Strip, including 39 martyrs and 137 wounded who arrived in hospitals during the past 24 hours.

This plan comes as the war on Gaza enters its first year of brutal aggression, which has left tens of thousands of martyrs and wounded and caused a humanitarian catastrophe and widespread and unprecedented destruction affecting all aspects of life.

These new massacres come as the occupation forces began implementing a new plan to transfer the people of northern Gaza to the south, after issuing urgent evacuation orders for all areas and neighbourhoods in northern Gaza, accompanied by shelling and heavy incursions by occupation vehicles east of Jabalia town and camp.
