The Israeli army announced today, Tuesday, the deployment of a fourth brigade of its forces in Lebanon. In its statement, it clarified that Brigade 146 began limited ground operations yesterday targeting infrastructure and objectives related to “Hezbollah” in the western sector of southern Lebanon.
In a related context, the army noted that Brigade 146 joins three other regular army brigades—Brigade 98, Brigade 36, and Brigade 91—that are already operating in the central and eastern sectors of southern Lebanon.
