23 Killed and Over 40 Injured in Sudanese Army Airstrike on Market in Khartoum

The emergency rooms in Sudan’s capital, Khartoum, announced that 23 people were killed and more than 40 others injured due to the Sudanese army shelling a market near a main camp of the Rapid Support Forces.
The emergency rooms, a youth initiative providing humanitarian aid to civilians affected by the war in Sudan, stated in a message posted on their official Facebook page that “23 confirmed deaths and over 40 injured individuals were transferred to 3 hospitals” following the airstrike on the central market in southern Khartoum.
Additionally, a soldier fighting with the Sudanese army shared footage of the intense battles taking place between the army and the Rapid Support Forces in the area of the confluence of the White and Blue Nile rivers in Khartoum.
