According to the Pentagon, the advanced missile defense system underscores the United States’ ironclad commitment to the defense of Israeli occupation, and to defend Americans in occupied Palestine, from any further ballistic missile attacks by Iran.

The Pentagon has said it will send a Terminal High Altitude Area Defense battery and troops to Israeli occupation, even as Iran warned Washington on Sunday to keep American military forces out of occupied Palestine.
