Russian Defense Minister Andrei Belousov arrived in Beijing to hold talks with the Chinese military leadership, as the two countries seek to strengthen military and economic cooperation.

Russian news agencies reported on Monday that Belousov will conduct meetings with the military and political leadership in China.

The two countries announced a “limitless” partnership shortly before Russia launched its attack on Ukraine, and since then, they have conducted a series of joint military exercises.
