Hezbollah reported the downing of an Israeli drone over Lebanese airspace. In a statement released today, Tuesday, the party indicated that its fighters successfully shot down a drone of the type Hermes 450.

This operation comes after months during which Hezbollah has downed several armed drones in southern Lebanon, amid ongoing Israeli aerial aggression and attempts by the Israeli army to advance into the southern region, which the party is actively resisting.

Hezbollah continues to target Israeli soldiers and vehicles in settlements near the border, as well as conducting rocket launches that reach as far as Tel Aviv and Haifa.
