Russian troops launched rockets at the southern Ukrainian city of Mykolaïv, killing one and wounding at least 23.

Ukrainian media reports the missile strike damaged an industrial facility, retail and hospitality businesses, residential buildings, and cars. Rescuers are currently restoring order after the explosion.
