The Chairman of the Presidential Council in Libya, Mohamed Al-Menfi, held a meeting on Tuesday evening in Tripoli with members of the Joint Military Committee (5+5) from the western region.

The members provided a comprehensive briefing on the outcomes of the previous meeting and the proposals for the Supreme Commander of the Army for the upcoming meeting, in addition to the practical steps for unifying the military institution.

Al-Menfi also met with the Deputy Commander of the Mobile Force, Masoud Mahrez, in the presence of the member of the High State Council, Nouh Maltai, but did not disclose the details of the meeting.
