Somali Army Eliminates Over 30 Terrorist Elements

The Somali army managed to eliminate more than 30 terrorist elements, including two prominent leaders, during a planned military operation in southern Mudug province.
This operation was conducted in collaboration with the local resistance in the Qiad area, targeting a gathering of terrorists.
The military operations carried out by the army in the province resulted in the destruction of all terrorist bases in the region.
Among those killed in this mission were the leader Mohamed Bashir Musa, known as Mukhtar, who was the Al-Shabaab official in southern Mudug region, as well as the regional leader Madi Fudi.
