The General Staff of the Ukrainian Army announced on Sunday that Ukrainian forces attacked the infrastructure of a military airport in Russia’s Lipetsk region and an explosives factory in Nizhny Novgorod.

This confirmation followed reports from Russian officials and Telegram channels that Ukraine targeted these areas with drones, with no reports of injuries or significant damage.

The General Staff added that they are still assessing the extent of the damage, as Ukraine had previously announced the launch of a series of drones towards western Russia and Moscow early this morning.
