South Korean authorities announced that they may send weapons and soldiers to help Ukraine in its war against Russia, in response to North Korea’s support for Moscow.
The South Korean Yonhap News Agency reported that Seoul is considering sending a team of intelligence units to Ukraine to analyze Pyongyang’s war tactics and combat capabilities.
