A ‘terrorist’ attack on the headquarters of a drone manufacturing company in Ankara has left a number of people dead and wounded, Turkey’s interior minister said on Wednesday.
A powerful explosion occurred at the headquarters of the Turkish Aerospace Industries Company ‘TOSAIC’ in Ankara, followed by gunfire in the area, Turkey’s official Anadolu news agency reported today.
It is not yet clear what caused the explosion and subsequent gunfire, and some media reports said the attack was a suicide bombing.
