The Pakistani security forces managed to eliminate 9 militants from terrorist groups, including two suicide bombers, during an operation carried out in Bajaur district, northwestern Pakistan.
A statement from the military’s media office indicated that the operation was based on intelligence information regarding the movements of the terrorists, leading to a raid on their location. The statement noted that one of the killed was a field commander of these groups.
Additionally, the statement revealed that the security forces seized quantities of weapons and explosives during the operation, reaffirming their commitment to continue combing efforts to eradicate terrorism and cleanse the area of their influence.
