Russian authorities announced that the Federal Security Service arrested former Deputy Energy Minister Anatoly Yanovsky and 4 other unnamed persons in Moscow in a coal fraud case.

Russian media reported that the direct damage in the case amounted to 5 million US dollars, while the indirect damage amounted to 12 billion Russian rubles.
