Air traffic between Iran and Iraq resumed after a halt of several hours due to Israeli strikes on Iranian military sites.

The Iraqi Ministry of Transport stated that Iraqi airspace has been reopened to aircraft, allowing flights to resume.

The spokesperson for the Iranian Civil Aviation Organization also indicated that flights would return to normal on Saturday morning.

Following the Israeli strikes that targeted sites inside Iran early Saturday, the Israeli army officially announced the end of aerial attacks on military objectives.
