The Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza announced on Saturday that 42,924 people have been killed in the ongoing Israeli war for over a year, according to the daily report.

The Israeli forces committed seven massacres against families, resulting in 77 fatalities and 289 injuries in the past 48 hours, raising the total number of injured to 100,833 since the war began on October 7, 2023.

On another note, the director of the media office of Hamas stated that the Israeli army has killed more than 820 Palestinians during 22 days of ethnic cleansing in northern Gaza, pointing to the collapse of the health situation in the region due to the army’s siege of hospitals.
