Al-Ahly of Egypt advanced to the semi-finals of the Intercontinental Cup for Clubs “Intercontinental” after defeating Al-Ain of the Emirates on Tuesday evening by three goals to none at Cairo Stadium.

Al-Ahly’s three goals were scored by Palestinian Wissam Abu Ali in the 31st minute, player Imam Ashour in the 55th minute, and Mohamed Magdy Afsha in stoppage time of the match.

With this result, Al-Ahly club was crowned the “Africa-Asia-Pacific Cup” and advanced to the semi-finals, where the Challenge Cup match will be played.

Al-Ahly will face the winner between the South American champion and the Mexican club Pachuca, on December 14th in the tournament’s semi-finals.
