The leader of the resistance movement Hamas, Sami Abu Zuhri, confirmed that “the movement is open to new proposals from mediators to end the war in Gaza,” while adhering to the complete Israeli withdrawal from the Strip.

Abu Zuhri added, “Regarding the ceasefire negotiations, Hamas has responded to the mediators’ request to discuss new proposals regarding the ceasefire and prisoner exchange.”
