The U.S. Secretary of State, Antony Blinken, stated that approximately eight thousand North Korean soldiers have arrived in the Kursk region of Russia, ready to fight against Ukrainian forces.
In a press conference, Blinken warned that these troops would be considered legitimate military targets if they engaged in combat.
Additionally, U.S. Deputy Ambassador to the United Nations, Robert Wood, pointed out information indicating the presence of North Korean soldiers in Russia, questioning Russia’s stance on this matter, but the Russian representative did not respond.
