The United States announced on Friday that it will provide additional military assistance to Ukraine worth $425 million, following Washington’s announcement that thousands of North Korean soldiers are prepared to participate in combat against Ukrainian forces.

The U.S. Department of Defense stated in a release that this assistance will equip Ukraine with additional capabilities to meet its urgent needs, including interceptor missiles for air defense, munitions for rocket and artillery systems, as well as armored vehicles and anti-tank weapons.
