The Hamas movement held talks with the Fatah movement in Cairo on Monday, addressing the war in Gaza and the pursuit of national consensus.

Hamas leader Osama Hamdan noted that the meeting, which was held at the invitation of Egypt, was positive and discussed national issues, including the formation of a committee to address the needs of Gaza.

Hamdan emphasized the importance of managing Palestinian affairs through national consensus, while continuing meetings with Fatah and other Palestinian factions to achieve the best solutions.
