Dbeibah Urges the European Union to Lift the Ban on Libyan Air Traffic and Support Energy Projects

The interim Prime Minister of the Government of National Unity, Abdelhamid Dbeibah, urged the European Union to take measures to lift the ban on Libyan air traffic in European skies and support energy projects in Libya.
This came during his meeting with the EU Ambassador to Libya, Nikolaus Meyer-Landrut, in Tripoli to follow up on the outcomes of Dbeibah’s visit to Brussels last May.
Dbeibah discussed with the EU Ambassador the political developments in Libya, the Union’s role in supporting stability and development, as well as issues related to migration, energy, and lifting the ban on Libyan air traffic.
