Ukraine has announced that its air defences shot down 62 drones and four of five missiles fired by Russia in an overnight attack.
Ukrainian officials said today that Russia launched a new barrage of drones in an overnight attack on Ukraine, killing one civilian and injuring more than 30 people in the centre, south and north-east of the country.
The Ukrainian Interior Ministry said one person was killed in the Odessa region in the south of the country when Russian forces attacked with drones, damaging civilian infrastructure and homes.
Russia and Ukraine announce daily that they have shot down drones targeting their respective territories as part of their ongoing conflict.
