Philippines: Typhoon Man-yi Forcing a million people into Shelters

Typhoon Man-yi made its second landfall on the northeastern coast of the Philippines, uprooting trees, causing power outages, and causing tidal surges.

This is the sixth hurricane to hit the country in less than a month, while a million people have taken refuge in evacuation centers after homes were destroyed and floods threatened.
