The 15th China International Airshow, held in the southern city of Zhuhai, witnessed the signing of deals worth about $39.7 billion, organisers said at the end of the international event.
The organising committee said the deals signed included 1195 aircraft of various models, noting that 1,022 companies from 47 countries and regions took part in the event, which ended on Sunday and featured 261 aircraft and 248 types of ground equipment for the aviation sector.
Among the products on display were several fighter aircraft, as well as the cargo bay of the Y-20 aircraft and the lunar samples collected by the Chang’ah-6 mission from the far side of the Moon, unmanned aerial vehicles and vertical take-off and landing electric aircraft.
