Hezbollah postponed a speech that was scheduled today, Tuesday, by its Deputy Secretary-General, Naeem Qassem, shortly after it was announced.
This coincided with statements made by U.S. envoy Amos Hochstein in Beirut, where he spoke of a real opportunity to end the ongoing conflict between the party and Israel.
The party mentioned that the speech would be rescheduled for a later date without revealing the reasons, while Hochstein described his meeting with Parliament Speaker Nabih Berri, who negotiates on behalf of Hezbollah, as productive.
