The Libyan-French Development and Reconstruction Forum will be held in Benghazi on November 26-27, with extensive participation from French and Libyan companies and institutions.

Organized by the Libyan Development and Reconstruction Fund in collaboration with the French Embassy and the French Business Council, the forum aims to strengthen economic and technical partnerships between the two countries.

The event will bring together a high-level French delegation, including experts and major companies, focusing on supporting Libya’s reconstruction and development efforts and encouraging French investments in infrastructure projects.

The forum will be inaugurated by the Fund’s Director-General, Belqasim Haftar, and the French Ambassador to Libya, Mostafa Mihraje.
