Iraqi Foreign Minister Fouad Hussein has stated that “the region is under fire due to Israeli threats,” highlighting that the government is taking “internal and external steps” to address these challenges.

Hussein confirmed that the Prime Minister had instructed the armed forces to take action against attacks originating from Iraqi territory.
