NATO and Ukraine are in talks next week in Brussels to investigate Russia’s launch of a steady hypersonic missile into the Dnipro region, diplomats said on Friday.

The meeting, convened by Ukraine, is scheduled to take place Tuesday at the ambassadorial level, according to AFP.
