The High National Elections Commission in Libya announced that tomorrow, Sunday, will mark the announcement of the preliminary results for the municipal council elections (first group).

The Commission also invited journalists and media representatives to attend the press conference scheduled at its media center at 2:00 PM to announce the results.

According to preliminary statistics, the voter turnout in the elections, which covered 58 municipalities, reached approximately 74%.

The voting process took place across 352 polling centers, distributed over 777 polling stations, including 419 stations for men and 358 for women.
