Indonesian authorities managed to rescue over 100 Rohingya refugees, including women and children, after their boat sank off the coast, according to the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) on Saturday.

A wooden boat was found half-sunken off the coast of Sumatra Island on Saturday morning, and all passengers survived, except for one who was treated for illness.

Indonesia is facing increasing pressure due to the flow of Rohingya refugees fleeing Myanmar, with calls for neighboring countries to share the responsibility.
