At least 15 people were killed in a Rapid Support Forces (RSF) shelling on a bus in Khartoum, a medical source told AFP on Tuesday.
Al-Nu hospital, one of the last medical facilities still receiving patients in the area, also received 45 wounded from different areas in Omdurman, north of Khartoum, the source said on condition of anonymity.
This comes in the context of the ongoing war in Sudan between the Rapid Support Forces led by Mohamed Hamdan Dagalo ‘Hemedti’ on the one hand, and the armed forces led by the head of the Transitional Sovereignty Council, General Abdel Fattah al-Burhan, on the other.
