On Sunday, Russia announced that its forces had taken control of towns in two key areas along the front line in eastern Ukraine, as its army advances towards the strategic cities of Pokrovsk and Kurakhove.
The Russian Defense Ministry reported that its forces “liberated” the towns of Veselyi Hai and Pushkin in the Donetsk region.
Additionally, reports indicate that Moscow has accelerated its incursion in these areas, having seized a larger territory in Ukraine in November than in any month since March 2022.
