The Kurdish Autonomous Administration in northeastern Syria called on Monday for the cessation of military operations across Syria to begin a comprehensive national dialogue and expressed its willingness to cooperate with Damascus.

At the same time, Ankara-backed factions launched an attack on the Syrian Democratic Forces after capturing Deir ez-Zor and Manbij.

The Kurdish administration also called for a fair distribution of resources and the organization of an emergency meeting between Syrian political forces.
