The Displacement Camps Management Unit in Yemen announced that approximately 67,941 families are living in 203 camps and temporary shelters, threatened by extreme cold that endangers the lives of children and the elderly.

In this context, the unit urged the United Nations and international organizations to provide emergency assistance to supply winter necessities and improve living conditions.
