Qatar and Kuwait play a crucial match on Friday in the 26th edition of the Gulf Cup in Kuwait.

Qatar lost 2-1 to Oman at the Jaber Al Mubarak Stadium in the second round of the group stage, while Kuwait won 2-1 against the United Arab Emirates in the same match.

Kuwait top the group with four points, while Qatar and the UAE share fourth place with one point apiece.

Kick-off is at 16:30 Cairo time, 17:30 Saudi time.

Meanwhile, in the same group, top-ranked Oman will take on the UAE, who have a single point.
