The Saudi national team advanced to the semifinals of the Gulf Cup after defeating Iraq 3-1.

The match occurred at Jaber Al-Ahmad International Stadium in Kuwait, as part of Group B’s third and final round.

Salem Al-Dosari scored the first goal for the Green team, while Abdullah Al-Hamdan netted the second and third goals. Mohanad Ali scored Iraq’s only goal.

With this result, Saudi Arabia topped Group B with 6 points, qualifying for the semifinals of Gulf Cup 26.
