Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro’s government has offered a $100,000 financial reward for anyone who provides information leading to the location of exiled opposition candidate Edmundo González.

González is considered the true winner of the controversial elections held last year.

He fled to Madrid in September after an arrest warrant was issued against him on charges of “conspiracy,” following Maduro’s victory in the presidential elections on July 28.
