The film “Mufasa: The Lion King” topped the North American box office with $168 million in earnings over three weeks, including $23.8 million this week.

Its global revenue reached nearly half a billion dollars. In second place was “Sonic the Hedgehog 3” with $21.2 million, while “Nosferatu” secured the third spot with $13.2 million.
