Venezuelan Authorities Reveal Arrest of 120 Foreigners in Counterterrorism Efforts

Venezuelan Interior Minister Diosdado Cabello stated that over 120 foreigners have been arrested on terrorism charges following the disputed presidential elections in July, including nationals from Germany, Israel, and the United states.
They are accused of planning terrorist activities and destabilizing the country.
This comes as the opposition prepares to organize protests ahead of President Maduro’s inauguration on Friday, with additional security measures in Caracas.
Opposition candidate Edmundo González declared victory in the elections, while Maduro announced his own victory, continuing his 12-year rule.
