A source from the new administration in the White House confirmed on Monday that President-elect Donald Trump will issue executive orders upon taking office aimed at reducing diversity, equity, and inclusion programs, as well as declaring that the federal government will recognize only two genders: male and female.
The orders will also include a prohibition on using federal funds to support what is known as gender ideology or medical procedures related to gender transition.
The administration is also expected to implement additional measures regarding immigration policies, including ending automatic citizenship for those born in the U.S.
