Dozens of patients were killed in a drone attack on one of the last functioning hospitals in El Fasher, located in the Darfur region of Sudan.

Local sources reported that the attack, which occurred on Friday, resulted in the deaths of 67 people and injured dozens more, further increasing the toll of victims.
